History
Since you are here we would like
to tell you a few things about how we started creating our zine and why
we decided to do so.Our zine is a combined effort of Mihalis Mihos,Giannis
Theoharis and Apostolis Dousias.
We started back in '98 with a greek written zine called Amemptou Ithikis.Amemptou
ithikis although been created under awful circumstances and almost no knowledge
of what a fanzine really is,proved to become a good cult zine receiving
vert good reciews by Metal Hammer which described it as one of the best
of its kind and among the rest of the greek zine community.Also despite
not knowing too much on promotion and stuff like that,we managed to give
more than 100-150 of the zine to mail orders like the one of wipe out recs
or Crist Forum and generallymade a great start....
That zine included interviews
with commandante Marcos from the revolutionary army of the Zapatistas in
Mexico.Ab interview with Panx Romana,Orexi Gia Tipota,folikon and many
many aricles and other interviews.
One year
later we printed a new combined version of Amemptou Ithikis with all the
interviews published in the first issue plus another 40 pages....so it
was a zine of about 80 pages with great chats with Rage Against The Machine,Nine
Inch Nails,Therapy?,Killing Miranda,Lacrimosa and many many more....We

So......after a major misunderstanding
between us...<well...strange things happen when relationships with the
other sex are included> we set up The online version of Amemptou Ithikis
at www.megaone.com/amemptou/
but a lack of time<due to school and general exams> ceased our effort
and resulted into a lack of updates/So...........
Summer 2000 we took a whole lot
of interviews from major bands all over the world,entered the university
school we all wished and now decided to create both a paper and online
version of our new zine The passenger.The www.megaone.com/amemptou is under
construction and currently works as a refferer to this site.Mihalis Mihos
and possibly Giannis Theoharis will be respnsible for updating it and writing
everything in greek.On the contrary The passenger is update by Apostolis
